This special purpose eyepiece for guiding during long exposure astrophotography as well as taking measurements features illuminated crosshairs, so that the lines are clearly visible against a dark sky. For use with a Meade Off-Axis Guider. This is a high precision eyepiece has four different illuminated scales for making astronomical measurements of angles and distances. Night vision preserving red LED illumination and rubber eyeguard for comfort and blocking distracting stray light. Fully coated optics. Features a variable brightness dial and on/off switch and is powered by small internal batteries (included).
