The 16" LX200-ACF incorporates Meade's best 16" diameter ACF optics, with a focal length of 4064 mm (f/10), Advanced Coma-Free design, and UHTC Coatings for maximum image brightness, sharpmess, contrast, and coma-free flat fields. The lengthy list of features includes an AutoStar® II Handbox with 145,000 object library, Meade SmartDrive with Permanent Periodic Error Correction, patented level north technology alignment system with genuine Sony® GPS Receiver, and primary mirror lock and Zero Image-Shift Microfocuser for obtaining and maintining precise focus in critical applications. Standard equipment includes a Meade Super Giant Field Tripod, Series 5000 2" Diagonal Prism, Series 5000 24mm UWA eyepiece, 8x50 quick mounting viewfinder and AutoStar® Suite Astronomer Edition Software.
