Ontario Residents: Please add 5% GST and 8% PST to all orders.
Rest Of Canada: Please add 5% G.S.T

United States Residents: No applicable taxes are added to orders, buyer is responsible for any local taxes, duties, and brokerage fees that may be applicable.

Scopeoptics accepts all major credit cards. We also accept personal cheques, and money orders which may be convenient for other customers.
Please Note:
Any purchases made with personal check or money order must be deemed negotiable before any goods can be shipped out. An e-mail or conformation or phone call will be issued when payment is verified. (Please make all checks/Money orders payable to Scopeoptics)

Overseas Orders:
If you wish to place an order, CALL 416-829-6002 (EST) or e-mail at sales@scopeoptics.com and we will be happy to accept your order depending on the product wanted, exceptions are applied to certain products. Shipping costs will be quoted. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Shipping:
Allow 48 hours for item/items to be processed before being shipped. Shipments are sent primarily by Canada Post and US Post or by UPS Courier unless other arrangements are made.
Back Orders:
You will be notified of stock and availability on all items you purchase. Every effort will be made to ship your order complete. When appropriate, product substitutions will be suggested to the customer for products that are out of stock.
Order Cancellation:
A order can be cancelled at any time before shipping (Please note order cancellation for items over $1000.00 that have been specially ordered will be charged a 15% distributor restocking fee). An email to sales@scopeoptics.com must be sent stating the reason for cancellation. Credit will be issued to your MasterCard/Visa or Pay Pal account on the credit card that was originally billed within 48 hours of your cancellation request. In some cases a check will be mailed for the amount owed to you within 48 hours of your item/items being cancelled. (These circumstances are for orders which have been processing for longer then 30 days) Ex: Backorders
Return Policy and Procedure:
Scopeoptics wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return a product for refund or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA #). (Minus the shipping cost).
Please Note:
Shipping cost is refunded if we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged.
Please contact us within 30 days of your original purchase shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase. We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise. Some products may be assessed a 15% restocking fee – please ask if you are unsure. Additional restrictions may apply, please contact us for more information if needed.
All returns must be pre-authorized and must be shipped back to Scopeoptics pre-paid, complete with proof of purchase. Call 416-829-6002 or email sales@scopeoptics.com for a Return Products Merchandise (RMA) number to accompany your goods. (Returns will not be refunded without an RMA Number).
